Hi Ben,

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for all your help in finding me my new role. As I said to you, having been a recruitment consultant myself I was dubious as to how effective it was going to be but I have to say you did a fantastic job and I really felt that you were looking after my best interests, not just looking at me as a commission cheque. Her professional manner, attention to detail and dedication are none like I have ever seen before. For example she would call me at 8pm from the office to go through my presentation to ensure that I had done my research on the company, was comfortable and positive for my interview the next morning.

I have found new levels of confidence and am fully switched on and as a result of her positive encouragement I have secured offers from the 2 companies that I really wanted to work for. Not taking anything away from my own sales ability, however, without her help this would not have been possible.

I have worked within management myself and given the chance I would most certainly have Eleanor-Jo working for me!!!

At JPE the candidate is the asset

It has seemed to me, that with most of the recruiters I have dealt with, that the vacancy is the asset and the candidate is purely a commodity to fulfil it.

This seems very short term as you won’t fill the position with the best candidate and the candidate just feels used and will certainly not look to recommend them or to use them when in a position to recruit.

JPE alone took the stance of the candidate being the asset and then look to match a vacancy with the candidate’s ambitions and aspirations.

I was more than happy to work with JPE and felt that they had earned any fee due as a result of my accepting the position with their client.

I shall certainly recommend JPE to anyone I know on the market place and have already done so for at least 1 prospective employer unhappy with the levels of service gained from other recruitment agents.

JPE actually listened

My testimony

My initial thought was " another agency", , there all the same, I`m wasting my time ( at this point, I was already with  three other agencies, who where offering me positions that i didn`t want ). So I thought I’d let JPE know from the beginning not to waste my time.

JPE were professional and actually listened to what I had to say and only spoke about what we discussed on the phone, as appose to rambling on about other opportunities that I "might" be interested in.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting with Ben. Who stayed in touch through out the whole process, keeping me up to date with interviews, feed back, what happens next, tips on interviews, insight on who`s conducting the interviews and worked around me. The only thing I had to do was booked time off from work for an interview.

I was rather impressed with the speed that JPE had already found interviews for me. With in a week of meeting Ben I was offered a job. And it was the role that I discussed.

I would most definitely use JPE again (but not for a good few years) I wouldn’t hesitate in recommended your agency to friends and family and last of all, the consultants that helped me are a credit to the agency.

Finally!!!!! An agency that knows what they are doing.

Feeling confident due to Ben

Dear Ben,

Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for finding this new opportunity for me and to tell my story.

I started looking for a new career path in October as I was feeling unhappy in my current job role. I had been an estate agent for six years and felt that I couldn’t progress my career for some time. I uploaded my CV to a job search site and received many calls from many different recruitment agents. I agreed to come and meet with JPE and have a formal chat. Compared to all the other agents I felt JPE really listened to what I had to say and the type of role I was looking for. JPE gave me a job spec for the company I have now started with.

I then had to put my job hunting on hold for three months due to an operation that I had been waiting for.

Three months passed and I contacted JPE again. They got everything up and running again and asked me to come back to see them. It turned out that the company we had spoken about before still had a role left. This is when I met Ben. Ben ran through the job spec and prepared me for the interview as I hadn’t had a proper interview for about four years. I went in to the interview feeling confident due to Ben’s preparation. The interview went very well, in fact they asked me to have the next stage of there interview process there and then. They got back to me the next day with a job offer. I was jumping for joy.
