In the last 10 years the organisation has grown to be the largest consultancy of its kind in Europe . Boasting 24 consecutive quarters of growth and customers such as: Sony, RBOS, Visa, JP Morgan Chase CW, to name but a few. This company are now perfectly poised for their next stage of growth.

Role:
Solution areas include Service Desks for Incident and Problem Management Change and Configuration Management Asset Management, CMDB and Discovery Service Level Management Event and Service Impact Management Software Distribution, Discovery and License Management Customer and HR Service Management Telco OSS/BSS. Their Relationship started with a large Software vendor specialising in Helpdesk Contact centres more than 10 years ago and today is an Elite Solution Provider authorised to resell, implement and support products. They are the largest company of its kind in northern Europe and UK in revenue and currently have 180 supported customers and have completed over 270 projects. Their Advanced Support Centre has global 24X7 coverage and a large team of certified engineers. In addition their consultants are ITIL trained. They are part of the ITSM Consortium and member of the Partner Advisory Council.The key products that they sell are IT Service Management suite (Incident, Problem, Service Level Management, Asset and Change Management and CMDB), Configuration Management (formerly Marimba), IT Service Desk Express (formerly Magic) and Performance Manager. The main services are ITIL based consulting, reviews and audits, project and programme management around service management projects, implementations, managed services and support around products and technical consulting, architect and configuration services, covers all major vertical markets including financial services, telecommunications, public sector, retail, business services and our customers include many multinationals like Visa, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, over 20 FTSE100 companies like Royal Bank of Scotland, Cadbury and Cable Wireless and many other quoted and unquoted companies for whom we work on a global and regional basis They were founded in 1996 and are a private limited company. Growth at over 60% in 2006 and 25% in 2007 and has had 24 consecutive quarters of profitability. They have an A1 DB rating with no debt.

Person:
You will have sold Software based solutions and / or IT Services, ideally sold IT service Management or Business Service Management direct into Corporate customers and have a proven track record of over acheivement.
