Opportunity:
The UK has long dominated Western Europes ecommerce landscape, accounting for well over half of annual sales in the EU-5. eMarketer estimates that in 2013, combined online sales in France, Germany, Italy and Spain will reach $121.5 billion and by 2015, spending across Western Europe will reach $343.5 billion, with 58.2% of the total, coming from France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Additional to this, Forrester Research estimates that the United States online retail industry will be worth $279 billion in 2015. 2011 saw a huge increase in ecommerce spending and the figures above suggest an impressive trend. Any software designed to aid the increase of online activities is hugely in demand.

A true cloud vendor that has an enviable reputation in engaging and converting the connected customer for the worlds leading e-Commerce vendors. They have been at the forefront of cloud, mobile and social commerce for over a decade and are recognised by leading analysts as the consistent innovator for the foreseeable future.

Role:
Selling to FTSE 250 organisations that have an online business model within retail, travel or Telco vertical. The role will require you to be targeting e-commerce directors and increasing their ROI on their web spending. The first years sales target will be $1.8m and will be targeting the likes of Boots, Homebase, Next, BA, Virgin, American Airlines, t-mobile, Orange and RIM.

Person:
Drive, hunger and a true work hard attitude are the key attributes for the successful candidate. You will be a vertical specialist in; retail, insurance travel or telco and ideally be from a business software background including CRM, BI, ECM, CEM, ERP, ecommerce software or any cloud / SaaS vendor.
