Opportunity:
According to Gartner, the Team Collaboration software market has for the 5th consecutive year exhibited greater than 20% growth as it has move from experimental phase to adoption and engagement. The market was worth $4.4bn in 2010 and is still growing.
Company:
An established vendor in enterprise software, they have leading enterprise customers across multiple verticals: HSBC, ING, EMC, Pfizer, NHS, Ford and O2. They have won multiple industry accolades for fast growth and another for entrepreneurialism. They are looking to build upon considerable success in 2011 and will be over the course of 2012 doubling their headcount in UK sales.
Role:
This is an enterprise level sales role selling into Banking, Finance and Insurance. You will be selling collaboration tools, software and services at top levels within corporate clients. The role will be a mix of account management and new business. You will be reporting into the VP of sales based in the USA so you will be required to work autonomously. There are currently Financial Services accounts to be managed and build to start with. You can immediately cross and upsell across the rest of the portfolio - all elements of the portfolio have a strong ROI value sell.
Person:
You will be an enterprise sales executive used to selling large complex software orders. You will be a financial services sales specialist and have sold to the likes of HSBC, Lloyds, Santander. Ideally you will come from a content management, document management, sharepoint or any SaaS / cloud / hosted software model. This is not a point based sale and as a result requires experience of true solution selling. You will be able to prove good performance against target and have good tenure with your last 2 roles.
