Opportunity:
TThe Global BPO Industry is set to reach $450bn by 2012 BPO total contract value grew across all major regions worldwide in 2007, fostered by increased capabilities among suppliers.The credit crunch has meant organisations are riding the crest of the wave and are offshoring as companies look to reduce costs and buy their way into emerging growth markets, particularly in the financial services and telecoms sectors.

This is a respected leader and innovator in ITO (IT Outsourcing), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and offshoring. Over the years they have achieved recognised in four main areas; the development of their people, setting the standard for the industry, thought leadership and the huge cost savings gained by their customers.

Role:
You will participate in the development and execution of the Sector strategy to meet and execute the development of assigned prospects (BPO ITO)Driving through the value propositions and proposal to satisfy customer and company objectives.Ensuring that all stages of the sales cycle are undertaken effectively to achieve the results required adhering to the company selling methodology.You will manage individual sales pipeline to ensure an appropriate mix of prospects, new business opportunities and firm proposals, provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for new business, effectively develop and manage customer relationships and work with and gain the co-operation and commitment of key individuals in different units or disciplines to achieve assigned targets.

Person:
Ability to open doors at senior level coupled with the business acumen required to identify new projects. Experienced in closing large deals above GBP10m as well as a thorough understanding of how to extract mega deals from large bluechip accounts at C-level. You will have the ability to win large Managed Service, Systems Integration, Business Process Outsourcing, ERP, and Consultancy deals. Successful candidates will have come from a similar IT Services Company and will already have a track record of success in the consultative sales environment. You will have the personal stature and judgment to gain the confidence of clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels in their respective organisations, coupled with the ability and conviction to influence and persuade. Business acumen, poise and credibility are essential, as are a sound appreciation of business dynamics and economics.
