Opportunity:
As the Mega Trend Trio of Mobile, Cloud and Social begins to revolutionize the way leading enterprises do business, reducing cost of ownership while streamlining infrastructure, applications, delivery of services and brand awareness. One thing remains a burden on the purse strings of the CFO and CIO and that is the systems and processes within the organisation. The effective use of ITO (IT Outsourcing) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) initiatives complete the cycle of people, process and technology, ensuring the effective use of resources and budget.

This is a respected leader and innovator in ITO (IT Outsourcing), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and offshoring. Over the years they have achieved recognised in four main areas; the development of their people, setting the standard for the industry, thought leadership and the huge cost savings gained by their customers.

Role:
This is a leadership role involved in selling complex BPO ITO offshoring solutions at board level, mainly CFO and CIO, into the Telco vertical. You will lead a team and be personally responsible for securing and managing multiple deals, GBP10-20M in size, within new named global accounts. As well as achieving revenue and profit targets you will be responsible for coaching and supporting a team of BDMs (Mid-level salespeople) and BDEs (Entry level salespeople).

Person:
A true sales leader with the energy, sophistication and gravitas to be able to manage, control and retain the attention of CFOs and CIOs during board level meetings. A high performer with the ability to obtain the bandwidth required at this level when representing a thought leader within the BPO ITO offshoring industry. You will need to be well versed in securing, landing and managing multiple bigger deals in the region of GBP10-20M and someone who understands how to financially engineer a deal. The ability to generate revenue and profit not just revenue is essential. Someone who has sold IT applications, Systems Integration, BPO, ITO, Cloud Based Solutions, Complex Software Solutions, Datacentre Solutions or any other Complex Solutions. Experience in coaching, mentoring and supporting the other people would also be a benefit.
