Capturing the transactions of the multichannel retail consumer has to be the most critical element facing retailers in their bid to reshape their business model and value proposition. With Multi-channel retail consumers spending over 80% more per transaction than traditional in store purchasers identifying the touch point where the consumer has made their purchasing decision become more and more unclear. As consumers buying behavior evolves and if the current growth rate continues on-line retail will account for 50% of total retail sales in the next 10 years. Change is happening and it is happening now making eCommerce Multi-Channel retailing one the most exciting times in the history of retailing.

Role:
This is a senior management possibly Director level role to deliver eCommerce multi-channel retail strategy that will enable retailers to achieve growth in a low growth economy. This multifaceted role involves a mix of new client acquisition of major name retail brands, building out a practice, defining future strategy and managing project delivery. You will be managing senior level client relationships with CEOs, e-Commerce Directors etc. and negotiating sales between $500k - $2M for consultancy and strategy, $5m - $20M for application outsourcing and $20M - $50M for systems integration, with some contracts exceeding a $B.

Person:
An intelligent sales and strategy leader with the ability to deliver eCommerce multi-channel retail strategy at the highest level, success driven and focused on high performance. Someone that can help shape the strategy practice, define process, understand the competitive landscape and gain market intelligence.Experience of operating model design M-retailing - Multi-channel Retail - Customer Experience - One to One Marketing - Fulfillment Optimization - Social Media Engagement - Shared Services - International Expansion - Data Management and Governance - Application Management - Customer Contact Strategy - Contactless Shopping.
