Opportunity:
The adoption of cloud-based computing and applications promises to improve the agility, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of IT operations required to provision, scale, and deliver applications to the enterprise. Research predicts that the network security appliance and software market will grow to $6.4 billion in 2014.

Company:
A global information technology software company with revenues of over $3bn with a portfolio of products including Security Management, Storage, Application Development, Compliance, IT asset management and BPM. They currently work with the majority of the FTSE 100 and have client references in all verticals with which to leverage deals.

Role:
You will be the strategic account manager within FTSE 100 accounts with a primary focus on the financial services vertical. Current accounts include HSBC, JPMorgan, Deutsche and ING. You will be targeting CISO level contacts and IT directors within large global blue chip organisations. You will be building existing revenues within accounts as well as building new business pipeline within other major FS and Insurance accounts.

Person:
You will be a successful security sales person. Your role will be the security specialist within large accounts; HSBC, JP Morgan, AXA, EDF, ING and other FTSE 100 accounts. You will ideally come from a security background having sold anti-virus, encryption, authentication, firewalls, intrusion detections and identity management. Ideally you will have worked for or with the top Infosec vendors: McAfee, Trend Micro, Symantec, CA, Websense, Cisco, RSA, Clearswift, EST, F5, Sophos, Kaspersky, Juniper, Bluecoat, M86, Becrypt, Vasco, IBM, PGP, Checkpoint, HP, Thales and any other tier 1 vendor.
