As the mega trio of cloud, mobile and social commerce continues to build momentum the ability to engage and convert customers seamlessly through integrated multi-channel e-commerce strategies is the key element in maximising profits and gaining on-line market share. This explosive growth has driven demand for innovators within cloud software to create solutions that can identify, track, convert and captivate the online customer improving both conversion retention and rates while providing analytics that allow the replication of success.

Role:
To increase revenue growth of the EMEA Professional Services team in line with the companys 2014 global growth strategy. Growth targets for Professional Services are to increase revenue from 5% to 10% of annual revenue. Growing headcount of the Professional Services team by 60% and creating a more efficient management structure within UK and Europe. Restructure the sales process within the Professional Services team to engage in more revenue focussed activities. To assist in the identification, delivery and execution strategy the Director of European Professional Services will have access to a combination of dedicated and shared resources. Key objective are to increase revenue, increase customer utilization, increase profitability increase customer retention and efficiency. Implementing reoccurring revenue streams and subscription packages. Monitoring of KPIs and Account Management/Development activities. Develop and maintain executive level relationships with Enterprise accounts and carefully selected Partner network.

Person:
Someone with sales, strategy, delivery and leadership skills who can take the EMEA Professional Services team to a new level. Minimum five years experience in any of the following areas; e-commerce, on-line, multi-channel retail, e-tail, multichannel contact centre, contact centre, customer engagement, web content management, CRM, CEM, WCM, CXM or web analytics ideally from an Online Marketing Service Provider, Business Consulting or Professional Services background. Knowledge of the online customer acquisition challenges of the following sectors would also be a distinct advantage; Charities Non-Profits, Government, Higher Education, Financial Services, Marketing, Retail, Technology, Telco/Cable/Internet, Travel Hospitality. An inspirational and visionary leader with experience of implementing change and understands the nuances between the different countries within EMEA.
