Opportunity:
Reducing the operating costs of an Enterprise during an economic downtime is essential in retaining profit to reinvest in business growth. Enterprise content management (ECM) software, business process management software and workflow automation provide Enterprises with greater operational efficiency, productivity gains, customer satisfaction and improved ROI. Over recent years there have been many acquisitions in this space and in most cases the acquisitions have been driven by the desire acquire a database to gain market share quickly within the ECM, document management space. This has caused a great deal of uncertainty within the ECM target customer base with many leading Enterprises pulling out of deals. However, there a few players within the ECM space that only make acquisitions to add new solutions to their portfolio and improve their value proposition. These players are respected by their target customer base and are making massive increases in market share especially in the high growth area of Social Content Management.

Role:
You will be joining a team that has doubled revenue growth since the beginning of 2011. As a business development manager your will be selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software, Social Content Management, Business Process Management (BPM) Software, Workflow Automation, Document Management Software, Records and Information Management software solutions. You will be given a choice of any of the following verticals; Education, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Insurance or Retail. This role involves selling to business level contacts within leading Enterprises and minimal contact with IT decision makers. This is a direct role however there is some sell through with partners 70/30 split.

Person:
We are looking for a business development manager who is driven towards achieving success both inside and outside of the workplace. You would be ideally working for a smaller vendor or reseller with knowledge of how to sell the following solutions; Social Content Management, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software, Business Process Management (BPM) Software and Workflow Automation. Experience of selling to business level contacts in any of the following verticals; Education, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Insurance or Retail.
